Maximum part size is bounded by our machining envelope and the practical limits of PM-infiltrated CuW (very large CuW parts are difficult to produce uniformly). Send your drawing for confirmation.

General machining tolerance is per drawing. For tight tolerances (close to industry standard for CuW), specify on the drawing and we'll confirm during quote. CuW is more dimensionally stable than pure copper during machining but less forgiving than steel.

Yes. Submit your drawing and we'll review for features that affect cost or yield: thin walls, deep pockets, very tight tolerances on non-critical features. There's no obligation to change the design; the feedback is a free first step.

Yes, single-piece prototypes are available. For cost reasons, ordering a small batch (e.g. 10–20 pieces) is often more economical per part if you plan to move to production. Discuss your prototyping goals when quoting.

Yes. If you have the original part but no drawing, send the sample. We can scan / measure / reverse engineer and produce to a drawing we generate. Discuss IP terms during quoting, we treat customer parts as confidential by default.
