What alloy do you use by default for bronze bushings?
Aluminum bronze C95400, the standard choice for MV switchgear bushings. Higher-strength variants (C95500 with nickel, or C95800 with iron and manganese) are available on request for heavy-duty applications.
Can you supply bushings with internal oil grooves?
Yes. Internal grooves for oil distribution or graphite-filled lubrication channels are routine, specify in your drawing.
Is the interior surface silver plated by default?
No, bushings are supplied as machined. Silver plating on the interior is available for high-cycle sliding interfaces where contact resistance matters; specify in your order.
Can you produce bushings to legacy OEM drawings?
Yes. Most refurbishment orders are produced from original drawings or sample parts. Send the drawing or sample with your inquiry.
What is the typical lead time?

Can you supply complete bushing-and-shaft sub-assemblies?
