Are both halves the same CuW grade?
Yes by default. Mixed-grade pairs are technically possible but uncommon; specify in your order if your design uses different grades on each side.
What does "matched pair" mean for traceability?
Both halves come from the same material lot, so one material certification covers the pair. This simplifies QC documentation for VCB OEMs with lot-level traceability requirements.
Can you supply complete contact assemblies (CuW + carrier)?
Yes. We can braze CuW arc contacts onto copper or bronze carriers in-house, then ship the complete assembly. Specify the carrier drawing along with the CuW geometry.
What is the typical lead time for a contact pair?
Lead time varies by grade, dimensions, plating, and order volume. Contact us with your specifications for a project-specific timeline.
How do I request a sample pair for evaluation?
