Disconnector and Earthing Switch Operating Mechanism

This mechanism drives a matched disconnector or earthing switch through a mechanical transmission; it is not a complete primary switching device. Identify manual or motorized operation, output-shaft geometry, angular travel, torque and position interlocks, then check mounting orientation and access space. Define the mechanism, handle or motor, auxiliary contacts and connecting parts supplied. Insulation and current-carrying ratings of the associated switch must not be attributed to the operating mechanism itself.
