Solid-Insulated Switching Core Unit

This core unit combines solid-insulated main-circuit components with associated operating arrangements for integration into switchgear. Use the single-line diagram to identify required unit functions, conductor interfaces, mechanism layout, interlocks and mounting space. A core unit is not a complete ring main unit. Define the main-circuit components, mechanism and auxiliary parts supplied, and separately establish whether the enclosure, protection and control equipment, and cable interfaces are included.
